Terms and conditions
These terms apply to everyone who uses www.knewspaper.in, and in particular to writers who buy a guest post plan. By creating an account, buying a plan or submitting an article, you agree to them.

Who we are
Knewspaper (www.knewspaper.in) is an Indian website. Plans are bought by email: write to us with the plan you want, we send the payment details, and we add the plan to your account once your payment has been received. You can reach us at knewspaper.in@gmail.com.
What we sell
We sell the right to publish guest articles on Knewspaper through these plans, priced in Indian rupees (INR):
- Single guest post: ₹499 for 1 article.
- Membership: 5 articles for ₹999, 10 articles for ₹1,499, 50 articles for ₹2,999, or 100 articles for ₹4,999.
Each plan is a one-time payment. Its article credits can be used for 12 months from the date of purchase; credits not used within 12 months expire. The price shown on the Write for us page is the amount charged.
Your account
You need an account to buy a plan and submit articles. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for what is submitted from your account. Your name on the account is shown as the author of your articles.
Publishing your article
- Articles are published automatically, without editorial review, once they pass our checks: 500 to 1,500 words, at least two subheadings (one of them an H2), a URL slug, SEO title, meta description and featured image, and at most 5 links to other websites.
- Guest posts are paid placements. Each one is labelled "Sponsored guest post" and every link to another website in it is published with rel="sponsored", as Google's guidelines for paid links require. We do not sell do-follow links.
- An article that doesn't pass the checks is not published and does not use a credit. You can fix it and submit it again.
- Publishing usually happens within about 15 minutes of submission, or of the plan being added to your account, but we don't guarantee a time.
Content rules
You must own the rights to everything you submit, including the text and the featured image, and the article must be your original work that hasn't been published elsewhere. You must not submit content that is plagiarised, false or misleading, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, about gambling, betting, weapons or illegal drugs, that promotes illegal activity, or that links to harmful or deceptive websites. Health and finance articles must be accurate and must not present themselves as professional advice.
Removal of articles
If an article breaks these terms or the guidelines on the Write for us page, we may edit it, unpublish it or delete it at any time. When we remove an article, we return its credit so you can publish one more article in its place, as long as your plan is still within its 12 months. Repeated or serious breaches can lead to your account being closed without a refund.
Licence
You keep the copyright in your article. By submitting it, you give Knewspaper a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, display, format and share it on www.knewspaper.in and in links to it, for as long as it stays on the site.
No guarantees
We do not promise any search ranking, traffic, number of readers, indexing by search engines, or that links will be followed by search engines. The site is provided as it is; we may change, pause or stop it.
Payments and refunds
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds in any case. Please read our refund and cancellation policy before you buy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to the site or a plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from its "last updated" date. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
